Why do I still see weeds on a lawn program?
Weed control compounds over the first year, and free service calls cover anything that slips through between visits.
Honest answer: very few lawns are ever 100% weed-free, and no honest company guarantees one. There are around 17 common weed varieties in Middle Tennessee, each germinating and maturing at different times of the year. Some die within days of treatment; others take multiple applications to suppress.
Your first year is about correction: fixing soil pH, knocking back established weeds, dialing in feeding and disease timing, and filling thin areas with fall seed. Each treatment builds on the last, and by year two you'll see denser turf and far fewer weeds breaking through.
What we stand behind: dramatically fewer weeds, healthier turf, and free service calls. If weeds are still thriving several days after a treatment, tell us and we'll return to spot-treat at no charge. If you've been on the program six months or more and still see more than a few weeds, reach out. We want to look at it.
