Why your lawn needs fall aeration & overseeding

Core aeration pulls thousands of small soil plugs out of the lawn, relieving compaction so air, water, and nutrients can actually reach the roots. Tennessee clay compacts hard, which is why aeration is essential for thin lawns, and why fall aeration paired with overseeding is the single biggest lever for a thicker yard.
We offer three tiers, each priced by your measured lawn size: Liquid (cost-effective, ideal for small or shady spaces that hold water), Mechanical (traditional core aeration plus overseeding), and Signature (liquid AND mechanical combined, for our best results). We seed with a custom fescue blend selected for Middle Tennessee for disease resistance, color, and summer durability, not bargain big-box seed. A starter fertilizer add-on is available.
Timing: September and October are ideal for fescue; the window can run late August through early November. Spots are limited and reserved in advance, so book early. Note that aeration & overseeding is booked separately from your regular treatment program.
