How does billing work?

You're billed per application, after the work is completed. There are no monthly lumps and nothing due up front. We keep a card or bank account on file and charge it once each visit is done. We accept major credit cards and ACH/bank draft.

Prefer to approve each payment yourself instead of automatic charges? Just ask. We're happy to set your account up that way.

A prepay discount is offered at the start of each calendar year; ask us for details. There are no hidden fees: no fuel surcharges, no trip fees, no surprise line items. If anything beyond your program is ever needed, we ask for your approval first. Pricing may adjust annually with material and labor costs, but never mid-season, and we'll always tell you before a change takes effect.
